Vaccination is recommended as it helps to protect your pet from infectious diseases, and also helps prevent the spread of disease too.  Vaccination is started when the animal is young with a course of injections, and then repeated regularly throughout the pets life.  Some vaccine components need to be repeated as often as every 12 months. You can check your pets vaccination status with us (provided we have seen them before) if you are unsure if they are up-to-date. Also, it worth bearing in my mind that each time your bring your pet for vaccination, they will examined head to tail, and therefore making sure that your pet is in tip top condition.
